Asbestos Removal
Our fitters have been trained in the removal of Non Licensed Category B Asbestos & hold UKATA certificates with photo ID.
This covers Asbestos cement product removal, Vinyl Floor tile removal, Textured Decorative coating, & drilling through Asbestos materials.
Ideal flooring work very closely with Shield Asbestos Consultancy who offers ongoing training & updates for our industry.
Where necessary a sample of material can be sent off to Shield to ascertain the exact makeup of the material so it can be identified & registered as containing low level asbestos. This can then be added to a building Asbestos register for future use & also identify areas of flooring which will need attention.
We also have an excellent relationship with specialist waste management companies to make sure that any products that are removed from a site are disposed of in the correct way. All backed up by documentation from the waste management company for your records.
