A career with Ideal Flooring

It is a well known secret within the flooring industry that we have missed the opportunity to train a generation of potential floor layers. We feel it is imperative that we look to the future and provide apprenticeship training to flooring newcomers who are seeking a career in the trade.

It is key that we also up-skill current fitters so that they are fully competent to fit all types of flooring.

Here at Ideal Flooring we believe that we offer fantastic opportunities to gain new industry skills and to learn techniques surrounding new and existing products we provide to our customers.

Level 2 Apprenticeships

We work closely with Floor Train with our Level 2 Floor Covering Apprenticeships. Floor Train are a nationally recognised apprenticeship provider who offer excellent training facilities for all of our learners.

Altro White Rock Premier Installers

As an Altro Premier Installer we are fortunate to have access to Altro's knowledge and expertise both with product and training courses that they provide to enhance our floor layers skills.

Product Related Courses

We look to send our floor layers on product related courses to enhance knowledge and to ensure that their skills are kept relevant.
